Dom's urgent, instinctive beats arise from his rockabilly past, which saw him tour the UK and Europe and release three albums with his group, Krewmen, signed to Lost Moments in the late 80's.

A punk-inspired album with the admirably monikered Chunderhive followed in the early 90's, and he was the drummer for Brighton based nu-metal band, Gatecrash before joining Kung Fu Monsters.
